TLG President Jay Thrower has in depth experience in the leadership and management of high performing community development and home building divisions/regions for national, publicly traded companies.  In addition, Jay has a demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, developing and leading high-performance homebuilder management teams.  This has included specific experience in identifying, underwriting and executing complex land transactions, along with underwriting and completing builder acquisitions and integrations/conversions.

• 20 years of senior management experience with four top ten national homebuilders.

• Broad based background including the “hands-on” management of product design & development, sales, construction, finance, purchasing, estimating, marketing, operations, and land executives.

• Multi-market experience in the southeastern United States.
